ENB Region 8 Completed Applications 12/06/2006

The applicant proposes to install approximately 60 LF of wood retaining wall, realign approximately 100 LF of streambed and replace 60LF of road culvert in the Class C stream, Tributary 23a into Canandaigua Lake in order to repair property damage caused by erosion at their property located at 6915 Walton Point Drive in the Town of South Bristol, Ontario County.

The applicant proposes to pipe 1,2080 L.F. of an intermittent tributary of Irondequoit Creek and permanently impact 1.19 acres of contiguous, jurisdictional federal wetlands as part of the development of the Victor Commerce Park retail business plaza.  All documents that comprise the project plans and the Environmental Impact Statement are available at the Victor Town Hall and the DEC Region 8 office in Avon, NY.  The project site is north of the NYS Thruway Exit 45, east of Route 490.  

The applicant proposes to construct, as part of the Federal Wetlands Reserve Program, a series of three potholes with an associated berm and to plant white cedar to expand an existing white cedar swamp and create an open water/marsh complex to increase waterfowl habitat on his property located on Quantz Rd. & CR 92 in the Town of Wayland, Steuben County.   The project is located within the Class II freshwater wetland, WA-11, and its adjacent area.
