The applicant proposes to install one (1) new 24" X 14" diameter well ( Well # 3) which will pump up to 1,388 gpm.  The proposed well will be approximately 250 ft deep and located at the Railroad Avenue Well Field, Center Moriches, Town of Brookhaven.

The applicant proposes to construct one (1) 10" diameter well, approximately 315 feet deep, with a capacity of 1388 gallons per minute.  The site is located at the Crystal Brook Hollow Road well field, Mount Sinai, Town of Brookhaven.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, spetic system, decks, porches, terraces, and a swimming pool.  The property is located within 100' of Freshwater Wetland #NA-6, at Shipwreck Dr., SCTM 300-152-02-0830,  Amagansett, Town of East Hampton.

The applicant proposes to reconstruct 76 feet of bulkhead in-kind/in-place and at a lower elevation than existing, construct two 10 foot returns, place 31 cubic yards fill material landward of the bulkhead as backfill and plant with Spartina patens.  Apparent high water is located landward of the bulkhead.  The project will result in the loss of approximately 800 square feet of tidal wetlands known as shoals and mudflats (SM).  The project is located at 15 Bayview Walk, Seaview, Town of Islip, Suffolk County, SCTM# 0500-497-1-41.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling with associated decks, garage, driveway, septic system and water supply.  The construction comes within 51' of a NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetland.  A 50' buffer area will be established between the freshwater wetland and the development.  The project is located on Kings Drive in Riverhead, 65' w/o Northville Turnpike (SCTM # 0600-107-5-12), Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County.
