The action involves the rezoning of +/- 25 acres of land located between new and old Settles Hill Road, along NYS Route 20, from Commercial C-2 to Industrial. The action involves amendments to the Town of Princetown Zoning Law and Zoning Map creating and designating an Industrial District in the Town.

Montgomery County - The Village of Canajoharie Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village Comprehensive Plan may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. Written comments on the draft scope will be accepted until January 18, 2007. A public scoping session will be held on January 10, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Arkell Center, 55 Montgomery Street, Canajoharie, New York. The action involves the Village Board of Trustees is considering the proposed draft Comprehensive Plan for adoption as the official village comprehensive plan.
