The applicant proposes to construct a 4" x 160' deep well with a capacity of 40 gallons per minute for the purpose of serving the facility's golf pro shop.  The proposed well is in addition to one irrigation well and two domestic wells already on the property.  The project is located at 105 Clancy Road, Manorville, Brookhaven Town, Suffolk County

The applicant proposes to reconstruct 14 feet of bulkhead in-kind/in-place and at a lower elevation than existing, place 5 to 6 cubic yards of fill material behind the bulkhead as backfill and plant with Spartina patens at two locations:  the north end of Beachwold Avenue and the north end of Dune Way.  Apparent high water is located landward of the bulkhead at each location.  The project will result in the loss of  approximately 280 square feet of tidal wetlands known as shoals and mudflats (SM).  The project is located north of Bayview Walk at Beachwold Avenue and north of Bayview Walk at Dune Way, Seaview, Town of Islip, Suffolk County.
