The applicant proposes to
clear vegetation, place fill and grade the rear portion of a
developed lot to provide room for expansion of a failing septic system and to make
drainage and lawn improvements affecting NYS Class 2 Freshwater Wetland # CB-58.
The project will involve a total of 0.10 acre of disturbance within the regulated wetland
and adjacent area. The project is located at 146 Campbell Road (east side),
approximately 2.6 miles south of U.S. Rte 11.
