application. As a tentative determination, the Department is seeking public comments
prior to making a final decision on permit issuance.

install and operate an aerobic wastewater disposal facility to
serve the Eagle Creek Restaurant and Marina located at 1033 Lakeland Beach Rd. in the
Town of Kendall, Orleans County. The applicant proposes to discharge up to 4500
gallons per day of treated sanitary and kitchen wastewater to a Eagle Creek, a Class C
stream which discharges to Lake Ontario. The permit will contain seasonal effluent
limits for biological oxygen demand, suspended solids, settleable solids, pH, ammonia,
dissolved oxygen, and fecal coliform.
The Department has made
a tentative determination to approve the application. The
Department seeks comments on the proposed regulated activity prior to making a final
decision on permit issuance. A draft permit is available for review.

Applicant proposes to undertake
a runway extension project at the Finger Lakes Regional
Airport located off Martin Road in the Town of Seneca Falls, Seneca County. Project
will involve the relocation of Chadwick Road and filling of approximately 0.48 acres of
federal wetland so as to meet Federal Aviation Administration airport safety
requirements. To compensate for the loss of federal wetlands the project sponsor has
proposed to construct a one acre shallow emergent wetland at the former Seneca Army
Depot. The proposed wetland mitigation site is located 500 feet west of Fayette Road and
750 south of Romulus Road in the Town of Romulus, Seneca County.
