Project Location: This Wild Forest consists of 147,454 acres of State Forest Preserve lands in the Towns of Stratford, Caroga, Oppenheim and Ephratah in Fulton County; Morehouse and Arietta in Hamilton County; Salisbury and Ohio in Herkimer County.

Project Description: This action involves an extension to the public comment period for the Draft Unit Management Plan/Environmental Impact Statement for the Ferris Lake Wild Forest from November 24, 2006 to December 1, 2006.

Comments are welcome and will be accepted by the contact person until December 1, 2006.

Project Description: The action involves the installation of a new 8-inch municipal sewer line from the intersection of Lake Shore Road and NYS Route 22 to the Westport Development Park in the rights-of-way of NYS Route 22 and Bessboro Lane. A new lift station will be installed adjacent to Bessboro Lane.


Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Village of Stillwater Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed construction of residential, single family home subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves NKT Land Acquisitions, Inc submitting a land development application for construction of thirty-nine lot, single family residential subdivision. The project is located at tax map parcel nos. 244-2-27.1 and 244-2-27.2 with said parcels being located adjacent to the Stillwater Central Schools District premises and certain properties abutting Hudson Avenue and Clinton Court with the Village of Stillwater.
