Negative Declaration

Albany County - The Town of Colonie Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Open Arms Fellowship Church will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves demolition of an existing residence and the construction of a 16,410 sq. ft. church serviced by on site septic and well with parking for 146 cars. The project is located at at 2714 Curry Road in the Town of Colonie, Albany County.

Schenectady County - The New York State Department Of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Loop 3 shower building replacement at North/South Lake Public Campground. The action involves removal of 14 trees to facilitate the construction of the loop 3 shower building replacement. The tree removal will be done in accordance with the UMP amendment dated May 23, 2002 and LF-91-2 Cutting & removal of trees in the Forest Preserve.

Schenectady County - The Delanson Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Community Center and Townhouses will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves development of a community center with associated site work, 10 attached single family residential lots, a new Village road and municipal utilities. The project is located at Rt. 395 and Cole Road.

Positive Declaration

Greene County - The New Baltimore Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Update to the Town of New Baltimore Comprehensive Plan may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves update the town's Comprehensive Plan, which is a Type I action. This plan sets forth a vision, goals, subgoals, strategies and recommendations, a general future land use map, and a plan for implementation.
