Project Description:
Applicant proposes to construct a house, with full basement, 3 car garage, paved driveway, water supply well and septic system, all located in the 100 foot adjacent area of DEC Freshwater Wetland OTV-2 on land currently owned by Bruce Graham in the Oak Hill Tract, Lot# 15 on the south side of Oak Hill Road, east of Ripley Road, Otisco (T), Onondaga County.  The site has been inspected by the Department and has been found to be a field with a small portion of the wetland on this side of the road, due to drainage.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to dredge approximately 36,000 square feet of Freshwater Wetland Pl-1, a Class 1 wetland, for purposes of maintaining an aesthetic open water habitat.  Dredged spoils are to be deposited upland at 233 Hadley Road in Sandy Creek. The application and project plans are available for review in the Syracuse Office.
