Project Description: A three-lot subdivision of a 562 acre tract of land, creating: a 55.91 acre lot improved by an existing single family dwelling (circa approximately 2000); a 47.26 acre lot improved by an existing single family dwelling (circa approximately 1999) and garage apartment; and a 458.93 acre lot improved by a preexisting single family dwelling and a single family dwelling (circa approximately 1999) and garage apartment. A new/improved on-site wastewater treatment system will be installed on the 458.93 acre lot to serve the '99 dwelling and garage apartment, as the originally installed system does not comply with Agency guidelines or DOH standards. The post-1973 land use and development on the property was undertaken without required Agency approvals. Agency Enforcement action E2005-3 investigated that matter and resulted in a Settlement Agreement. No other new land use or development is proposed for the property.
