Delaware County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Designation of three new snowmobile trails on Bear Spring Mt. WMA will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves designation, construction and maintenance of three new snowmobile trails totaling approximately one mile on the Bear Spring Mt WMA under an Adopt a Natural Resource agreement. These trails will make use of existing horse trails and walk paths. The project is located at Bear Spring Mt. Wildlife Mgt. Area, Rt 206, Walton, NY.

Delaware County - The Town of Hamden, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Catskill Watershed Corporation Community Wastewater Management Program (CWMP) for the Hamlet of Hamden and the Hamden Stormwater Improvements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a wastewater collection and treatment system to convey and treat wastewater from the residents and businesses in the Hamlet of Hamden. The sewage collection system will include approximately 7,500 linear feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer main, 1,400 linear feet of 4-inch PVC gravity sewer laterals, 700 linear feet of 1½ inch HDPE force main, 36 manholes, and 1 grinder pump station. The wastewater facility chosen by the Town is a sand filter for the main treatment of the wastewater followed by subsurface treatment and disposal with a capacity of 26,000 gallons per day. The Hamden Stormwater System Improvements Project will include collection of stormwater along the north side of NYS Route 10 and treatment of stormwater through the creation of a sedimentation forebay and rehabilitation of an existing stormwater pond.
