Negative Declaration

Ulster County - The Town of Marbletown Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law Amending Chapter 200 "Zoning" of the Town Code of the Town of Marbletown by Adding and/or Revising Provisions Concerning Residential Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves proposed amendments add a Conservation Design Overlay District, related guidelines and standards, management and maintenance provisions for protected open space, and affordable housing provisions. The text further modifies existing average density subdivision provisions and adds language to clarify circumstances under which conventional subdivisions are permitted. The proposed amendments also include the addition of a related text note to the Town's Zoning Map which identifies the Conservation Design Overlay District.

The action involves the Town of Marbletown proposing to repeal Chapter 169 of the Town Code, "Subdivision of Land" and replace it with revised regulations.

Positive Declaration

Orange County - The Planning Board of the Town of Goshen, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hamlet of Goshen Project may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves development of a total of 567 residential units in the Town of Goshen on approximately 272 acres of land off Harriman Road. The proposed development will include 503-unit Hamlet designed in accordance with Traditional Neighborhood Design concepts as described in the Town of Goshen Zoning Code for the HR/HM districts. The proposed Hamlet has a mix of residential unit types that include 136 single family units, 347 townhouses, and 20 condominiums. Also included within the proposed Hamlet is approximately 40,000 square feet of commercial uses, which will focus on providing services and goods to Hamlet residents as well as a 5,000 square foot clubhouse. In addition, the applicant proposes to develop 64 dwelling units in the RU district along with applicable infrastructure. The project is proposed to be served by central water and sewer districts. The project is located between Harriman Drive and Conklintown Road in the Town of Goshen, NY.

The action involves construction of a 48-unit age-restricted cluster development. The project is located at Virginian Road and Route 100, Valhalla, Town of Mount Pleasant, New York.
