Project Description:
The applicant proposes to expand its existing 25 dock slips to 50 dock slips.  The docks are floating, pressure treated wood docks, using non-degenerative float mats for buoyancy, and are anchored with concrete weights.  Twelve slips will be 6 feet by 20 feet and the remainder will be 4 feet by 20 feet sections.  Edinburgh Marina and Powersports is located adjacent to 140 North Shore Road, town of Edinburg, Saratoga County.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was performed.
SEQR Lead Agency:
NYS Department of Environmental Conservation
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:
Proposed disturbance to approximately 1.1 acres of the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland # ME-14 (class II) and 2.18 acres of federally-regulated wetlands, associated with development of the new Halfmoon Town Park.  As mitigation, 2.1 acres of wetlands will be created.  The public recreation facility will be built on a 52 acre parcel of former agricultural land.  The project is located on the west side of NYS Route 146, 0.3 mile south of NYS Route 146.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is a Type I action and will not have a significant effect on the environment. A coordinated review with other agencies was performed and a Negative Declaration is on file.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes construction of a 38 lot residential subdivision on an 88.9 acre tract.  Only 42.5 acres of the 88.9 acre property will be developed leaving 46.4 acres undeveloped.
The project will require filling in of 0.018 acre of a portion of New York State Regulated Freshwater Wetland GA-18.  The project will also impact 2.19 acres of the adjacent area. Of this area, 86,336 sq. ft. of impact will be fill and 8,973.4 sq. ft. of adjacent area will be from cut.   

The project site is located between Gansevoort Road and Highway 9, town of Wilton, Saratoga County.
