dwelling within the adjacent area of a NYS regulated Freshwater Wetland (# SA-42). The
applicant also proposes to enclose two existing second story decks on the house for living
space and abandon/remove the existing septic system, place fill and install a new septic
system. The studio is proposed to be located within 42 feet of the freshwater wetland, the
existing second story decks to be enclosed are within 24 and 29 feet of the freshwater
wetland, and the septic system is proposed within 100 feet of the freshwater wetland.
