Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Town of Southampton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Peter Kaplan - Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the division of a 4.5991 acre tract of land into two (2) lots, located in the CR-80 zoning district, the Aquifer Protection Overlay District and the Agricultural Overlay District, on the northwest side of Noyack Path, in the unincorporated hamlet of Water Mill.
