Monroe County Water Authority proposes to construct and operate anew potable water supply system on the east side of Monroe County. The project will be located in the Towns of Webster and Penfield.
A legislative hearing to receive unsworn comments will be held on November 30, 2006 from 1:30pm to 4:00pm at the Town of Penfield Town Hall and a second hearing session will be held at 7:00pm at the Spry Middle School, Webster Central School District. Written comments may also be submitted at the legislative hearing or may be mailed to be received on or before Friday, November 24, 2006.
