Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a 4 bay, self-serve car wash facility at 699-701 New Loudon Road.  Construction will require filling of 0.17 acre of federal wetland.  As mitigation for the loss of wetland, 1.47 acres of the parcel, which includes approximately 0.53 acre of wetlands, will be protected from further development through the use of a permanent deed restriction on the property.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.
SEQR Lead Agency:
None Designated
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a residential subdivision, consisting of 106 single family homes and 178 senior living apartments, on a 214 acre parcel, which includes impacts to __ acres of federal wetland, and the preservation of 181 acres of open space, forever wild and green space.  The site is located between NYS Route 2, Pinewoods Avenue, in the town of Brunswick, Rensselaer County.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
A draft environmental impact statement has been prepared on this project and is on file.
SEQR Lead Agency:
Brunswick Town Board
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
A cultural resources survey has been completed. Based on information provided in the survey report, the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) has determined that the proposed activity will have no impact on registered or eligible archaeological sites or historic structures. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
