Chautauqua County - The Town of Chautauqua Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law No. 3 of 2006 Regulating Adult Uses will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law to regulate adult uses in the town, particularly to restrict such uses to certain parts of the Industrial (I) District and to impose an annual permitting process.

Erie County - The Erie County Department of Environment and Planning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Framework For Regional Growth in Erie and Niagara Counties will not have a significant adverse environmental Impact. The action involves a policy plan for both Counties intended to guide the decision making actions of each County government as said decisions affect physical development. It is the intent of the applicant to seek County Legislative adoption of the document and to encourage similar action from Greater Buffalo Regional Transportation Council, Erie County Water Authority, and Erie County Industrial Development Agency. The proposed Framework will establish three major planning areas (i.e. developed, developing, and rural) and five sub-areas (i.e. regional centers growth corridors, rural centers, natural systems and heritage assets.).
