Steuben County - The Bath Municipal Utilities Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Bath Water System Improvements and Upgrades will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of approximately 21,000 linear feet of transmission line piping, water treatment upgrades of two existing drinking water supply locations, one new drinking water supply well and treatment equipment, and two new water storage tanks with capacities of one and two million gallons within the Village of Bath. The project is located on various streets, Village of Bath, New York.

Monroe County - The Town Board of the Town of Sweden, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Heritage Square. The action involves a change of zone of approximately 132 acres from R 1-2 Residential, to B-1 Business, to include mixed use consisting of various types of residential uses, assisted living and business and commercial uses, subject to certain conditions. The project is located at 4599 and 4687 Redman Road in the Town of Sweden.
