existing foot path within freshwater wetland WH-23 (Class 3). The walkway will be 1

result of this project. The project is located approximately 1500 feet west of Union Street
on South Road in the Town of Wheatland, Monroe County.

The Department has received
an application to create Town of Huron Water District 4
and to take for use therein a supply of water estimated to average 28,200 gallons per day
from the Wayne County Water & Sewer Authority's Lake Ontario source via the Town of
Sodus and the Town of Rose's groundwater supply. This project includes the installation
of 18,950 linear feet of 12 inch and 4,400 linear feet of 8 inch watermain and
appurtenances to serve 77 properties. This project is being undertaken in conjunction
with Extension #7 to Town of Rose Water District #1. The Department has made a
tentative determination to approve this application. As a tentative determination, the
Department is seeking public comments prior to making a final decision on permit
issuance.
