from a new 10 acre mine facility on a 68.6 acre parcel of land owned by Carl Taylor on

impacted. The affected land will be reclaimed to pasture/field. Mining and reclamation
plans are available for review in the Syracuse Office.

The Town proposes to serve
up to 50,500 gallons per day of water from OCWA to the
district extension areas identified as Phase C. Temporary impacts to natural resources
during construction include 0.07 acres of state wetland and 1.38 acres of the protected
wetland adjacent area with an open trench, including Shanty Creek, Class C(t). Erosion
and sediment control measures shall be implemented to reduce or eliminate water quality
