Onondaga County - The Town of Cicero Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the Major Subdivision Preliminary Plan for the property located on the east side Route 11, Town of Cicero, Onondaga County, tax map numbers 44-03-1.3 and 44-03-12.2 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project includes the subdivision of approximately 44.24 acres into five lots ranging in size from 6.70 acres to 10.78 acres. The Planning Board has discussed issues associated with an access road from Route 11, buffering, sidewalks and access across the parcel from the properties immediately north and south of the parcel with the developer. The Preliminary Plan is conceptual in nature and the Planning Board will continue to address the access road, buffering, sidewalks, cross-access, drainage and other issues during the review of contract drawings and when each of the five lots undergoes site plan review.

Onondaga County - The Town Board of the Town of Clay, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed COR Laser Drive Company, LLC may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement has been prepared. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on September 18, 2006 at 7:50 p.m. at the Clay Town Hall, 4401 Route 31, Clay, NY. Public comment period ends 10 days after the close of the public hearing. The action involves the rezoning of approximately 76 acres north of Route 31 and west of Laser Drive and Dell Center Drive for up to 475 Apartments. The project is located north of Route 31 and west of Laser Drive and Dell Center Drive, Town of Clay, Onondaga County, NY.

Madison County - The Town of Stockbridge, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed West Hill Wind Farm. Public comment period ends October 4, 2006. The action involves construction and operation of a wind-powered electric generating facility in the Towns of Stockbridge, Smithfield and Lincoln, Madison County, NY. The facility comprises of 25 wind turbines, access roads, electric utility lines, substation, and related infrastructure.
