construct a new retail center which would impact
approximately 0.098 acres of state protected freshwetland FU-24 and 2.14 acres of its 100
foot adjacent area. An updated wetland delineation was prepared and project plans have
been revised to reduce wetland impacts to a reasonably practicable extent. A Stormwater
Pollution Prevention Plan has been prepared and deemed generally acceptable. The
application and plans are available for review in the Syracuse Office.
