Project Description:
This modification adds two transmission line segments to the current permit, which authorized the use of registered herbicides 3.75% Accord and 0.5% Arsenal for Low Volume Selective Foliar application and 40 % Accord and 3 % Arsenal for the Cut Stump Treatment application by the New York Power Authority in regulated freshwater wetlands in accordance with all label directions, using low volume application methods during routine management of Rights-Of-Way (ROW) for certain electric transmission lines in teh NYPA service area.
