gazebo at their residence at 21770 Bullhead Bay Road, Wellesley Island. The pool would
encroach approximately 50' into the buffer area of regulated freshwater wetland F-11, a
130 acre Class II emergent marsh, associated with Mud Creek, a tributary to the St.
Lawrence River. The pool would be located at the top of the hill overlooking the
wetland.

located approximately 60' from regulated freshwater wetland K-7, a 55.1 acre Class II
open water, flooded timber and scrub shrub wetland.

This Department has received
a request to modify a permit and has drafted an Article 19
(Air Pollution Control)
of the Environmental Conservation Law, an Air State Facility
Permit, at the facility located at Kraft Foods Inc., 7388 Utica Blvd., Lowville, NY,
13367.
The Department has made
a tentative determination to approve the application of the
Kraft
Foods Inc. facility, a cheese
food product production facility. The State Facility Permit
allows the operation of Emission units 0-00001 and 0-000003 which includes the
operation of the facility's two 41mmbtu/hr natural gas/#2 oil fired boilers, two 480 hp
engines, a digester gas flare, and exempt and trivial sources. The facility has capped out
of Title V, and NOx RACT. Permitting requirements by tracking and restricting its
facility emissions of SO2 and NOx below 95 tons per year.
The draft permit with conditions
is available for review in the Region 6 NYS DEC office
in Watertown, New York.

place 200 linear feet of rip-rap on the bank of Fish Creek, a
Navigable Water of the State. The bank will be graded to a stable 1 foot vertical rise per 2
foot horizontal, geotextile fabric will be placed on the graded bank, followed by the
placement of 2000-3000 pound heavy stone fill. The project is located on the north bank
approximately 0.8 miles upstream of the bridge at Fish Creek Landing.
