Negative Declaration

Oswego County - The Town of Mexico, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water District #1 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves installation of 100,000 feet of 8", 10" & 12" water main, groundwater supply and new water storage tank. All main line work will be in the road rights-of-way. The Town of Mexico proposes a water project along part of County Route 64, County Route 69, County Route 58, NYS Route 104, NYS Rt. 3; Countrymen Road, Fort Leazier Road, Favor Road, Minckler Road, Ames Road, Hurlbut Road, Munger Hill Road, Larson Road and others.

Tompkins County - The Town of Ithaca Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ithaca College Gateway Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Site Plan Approval and Special Permit from the Town of Ithaca Planning Board and a Height Variance from the Town of Ithaca Zoning Board of Appeals for the proposed Ithaca College Gateway Building located on the Ithaca College campus north of Dillingham Hall, Town of Ithaca No.'s 41-1-30.2 and 41-1-30.4, Medium Density Residential Zone. The proposal is for a new 4-level, +/- 50,500 gross square foot building for the Office of Admissions, the Office of Human Resources and the College's executive offices. The project will also include new stormwater facilities, outdoor lighting, landscaping, and changes to the adjacent parking area and walkways. The project is located Ithaca College Campus, Danby Road, Town of Ithaca.

Notice Of Acceptance Of Draft EIS

Onondaga County - The City of Syracuse Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Warren Street Garage Expansion Project. Public comments will be accepted until September 13, 2006. The action involves the applicant, Warren Parking Associates, LLC, seeking to renovate and expand the existing parking garage located at 325-345 South Warren Street in the City of Syracuse, New York. The project will include the acquisition and demolition of properties and existing improvements at 301, 309-311 and 315-321 South Warren Street and 212 Fayette Street in the City of Syracuse, New York and construction of the expanded garage thereon. The proposed renovation, construction and expansion will result in the addition of approximately 500 parking spaces, and the project will also include the construction of improvements over South Warren Street to connect the project with real property located at 312-344 South Warren Street in the City of Syracuse, New York. The applicant is also seeking financial assistance from the City of Syracuse Industrial Development Agency, including but not limited to, exemptions from certain real property taxes, mortgage recording taxes and sales and use taxes. The project is located at 301, 309-311, 315-321 and 325-345 South Warren Street and 212 East Fayette Street in the City of Syracuse, Onondaga County, New York.
