Construction of a stream
overflow bypass channel to allow flood water to pass under
Blanchard Road, and reducing the flood hazard of the Road. A second culvert will be
installed next to the existing culvert. The bottom of the culvert will be 1 foot higher
in
elevation than the existing culvert. Rock riprap will be placed at both ends of the new
culvert to prevent erosion of the bypass channel.
