Notice of Emergency Adoption of Part 40 of Title 6 NYCRR relating to marine fish. This notice will be published in issue 32 of the State Register, dated 8/9/2006.

New York City County - The New York State Urban Development Corporation d/b/a Empire State Development Corporation, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Farley Post Office Moynihan Station Redevelopment Project. The action involves the conversion of a portion of the Farley Building into a rail passenger terminal (the Moynihan Station Project); the redevelopment of approximately 1.1 million square feet of the Farley Complex through a transaction with a private developer which would allow for the continued use of portions of the building by the United States Postal Service; and the potential for construction of up to approximately 1 million additional square feet of a commercial, residential, or mixed-use development either over the Western Annex or at an off-site parcel at the northeast corner of Eighth Avenue and West 33rd Street.
