Suffolk County - The Huntington Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adopt Local Law Resolution No. 2006-449 amending the Code of the Town of Huntington, to add Chapter 196 (Wood and Coal Burning Appliances) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves amending the Code of the Town of Huntington to add Chapter 196 to regulate the emissions of noxious chemicals and fumes from wood and coal burning appliances. The project location is the Town of Huntington, All of District #0400 on the Suffolk County Tax Map.

Nassau County - The Town of Oyster Bay, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Petition of Nassau Realty Group, LLC. and Acme Bus Corp. for a Special Use Permit may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves a Special Use Permit to operate a school bus depot with associated garage in 15,000 sq. ft. of an existing building. The project is located at One Grumman Road, Bethpage, Town of Oyster Bay, NY.
