Negative Declaration

Onondaga County - The Town of LaFayette Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed creation of the Northeast LaFayette Water District and Increases and Improvements to the Coye Road (a/k/a Smokey Hollow) Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The proposed District would entail the construction of a water system consisting of the installation of approximately 19,500 l.f. of 8-inch water line with 25 hydrants, and up to 140-3/4-inch services will be installed along Apulia Road, Cook Farms Road and West Shore Manor, to replace the Village of East Syracuse’s main, and the network of water services in West Shore Manor, all as described in an Engineering Report (hereinafter the “Engineering Report” or “Map Plan and Report”) dated November 2005 prepared by Dunn and Sgromo Engineers, PLLC. (See 2 NYCRR § 85.4(b)). Including increases and improvements to the waterline existing in the Coye Road Water District. The Project is located along Apulia Road, Smokey Hollow Road, Coye Road (Smokey Hollow area) and West Shore Manor in the Town of LaFayette, Onondaga County, New York.
