The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, driveway and septic system. The project is located within 100 ft. of Freshwater Wetland #P-2.  The property is located on thej e/s of 5th Ave., SCTM 200-865-04-46, Holtsville, Town of Brookhaven.

Applicant proposes to dredge 3,600 cubic yards of leachate impacted soil from Motts Pond, a NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetland, and dispose of off site. A permeable reactive barrier (PRB) will be placed in the sub-surface path of the groundwater plume and will allow groundwater to flow through while contaminants are retained. The banks of the pond will be graded, and a 12 inch planting substrate will be placed on top. All disturbed areas in the wetland and adjacent area will be replanted with native species of vegetation. Project is located on Old Woodside Avenue/ West Woodside Avenue, Patchogue.

The applicant proposes to remove and replace 122 linear feet of bulkhead, leaving about 40 linear feet of bulkhead intact.  Approximately 122 linear feet of the bulkhead will be armored seaward with 1 to 2 ton stone.  The large stone will be underlain with gravel and filter cloth.  The project is located at 12 Captain Kid's Path, Montauk, Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County, SCTM # 0300-4-1-22.  

The appllicant proposes to demolition existing single family dwelling and constructing a new single family dwelling with associated decks, walkways, garage, sanitary system and driveway.  The project site is located within 100' of Freshwater Wetland #L-16.  The property is located on Vinyard La., Huntington Bay,  Town of Huntington.
