Tompkins County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Village of Cayuga Heights, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Tertiary Phosphorus Removal Upgrade, Cayuga Heights Water Pollution Control Plant (CWSRF Project #C7-6382-02-00) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a tertiary wastewater filtration system at the Cayuga Heights Water Pollution Control Plant to provide tertiary treatment for phosphorus removal. The project location is Cayuga Heights Water Pollution Control Plant, Cayuga Heights, NY.

Onondaga County - The Town of Camillus Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Target at Fairmount Fair Plaza will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a replacement for a vacant building (formerly Wal-Mart) with a new Target store. The new Target building consists of approximately 126,842 square feet. The Fairmount Fair Site contains approximately 45.5 acres. Approximately 11.69 acres will be subdivided from the Fairmount Fair Site and will comprise the Target parcel. Following the construction of the project, there will be a total of 396,642 square feet of retail space located on the Fairmount Fair Site. Easement agreements will be utilized to ensure the Fairmount Fair Site will continue to operate as one entity with respect to parking, access, utilities and maintenance.
