Albany County - The Knox Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendments - Site Plan Review and Towers will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Town of Knox Zoning Ordinance amended to: (1) create a detailed Site Plan Review procedure for the Planning Board (which already has Site Plan Approval authority), and (2) allow the construction of non-commercial windmills and commercial meteorological towers in certain zoning districts conditioned on the applicant obtaining Site Plan Approval from the Planning Board.

Albany County - The Town of Bethlehem Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed : Amendments to Zoning Law, Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Map will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves amendments and technical corrections to the Zoning Law, Subdivision Regulations and Zoning Map that were adopted August 24, 2005. The project is located in the entire municipality of the Town of Bethlehem.
