ENB Region 8 Completed Applications 07/05/2006

The applicant proposes to construct a sanitary sewer connection by boring under the adjacent area of the regulated class 2, freshwater wetland, RU-16, at his four lot subdivision located at 5084 East Henrietta Rd., in the Town of Henrietta, Monroe County.  In addition, a permanet fence will be constructed along the perimeter of the adjacent area to prevent additional disturbance to the area.

The Department intends to issue an individual Water Quality Certification for the piping of 491  lineal feet of an unnamed tributary of Four Mile Creek and the relocation of an additional 573 lineal feet located at the south side of Plank Rd. and east of Harris Rd., in the Town of Penfield, Monroe County.  The project will include the following mitigation for permanent impacts to 0.1 acres of federal wetlands and 0.22 acres of stream habitat: creation of 525 linear feet of on-site stream mitigation and a total of 250 linear feet of stream mitigation to be created at two separate locations within Powder Mills Parks.

The applicant proposes to install a new fiber optic communications cable from the area of NYS Route 318 & Stone Church Road in the Town of Junius to the Village of Waterloo. The cable will be installed with a cable plow and utilize an existing right of way. Portions of the right of way are located in NYS Freshwater Wetlands SF-10, SF-11, SF-3 and SF-1.
