Chautauqua County - The Town of Chautauqua, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law No. 2 of 2006 Establishing New Commercial-Tourism District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law creating a new Commercial-Tourism District in the Town and adopting site plan review for proposed development therein. The project location is the landside of Route 394 between Moore and Potter Roads in the Town of Chautauqua, New York.

Erie County - The Erie County Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hydro-Air Components, Inc. Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 152,700 square foot manufacturing facility, construction of 1,100+/- linear feet of new road along unimproved Abby Street, construction of parking for 175 vehicles, installation of sanitary and storm sewer connections and other utilities and construction/installation of exterior lighting, fencing, curbs, sidewalks, driveways and landscaping. The project is a unimproved 32.6 acre parcel bounded by Former LTV Steel Co. Warehouse Parcel, Abby Street (Unimproved and south to Tifft Street), Erie and Lackawanna Railroad and the Hood Industries property.
