Negative Declaration

Livingston County - The Village of Geneseo Village Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Public Access Lane to Village Parking Lot will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves removing a 1986 addition to an existing home and constructing an access lane from Chester Street to the Village Parking Lot. Assessment of remaining residence for future use by the Village for full removal of the structure for expanded parking. The project is located at 14 Center Street, Village of Geneseo, Livingston County, New York.

Monroe County - The Penfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kids First Child Care will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application for Incentive Zoning, Subdivision and Site Plan approval for construction of 124 townhouse units on 55.87 acres, currently zoned RR-1. The property contains a tributary to Mill Creek, federally designated wetlands and a locally designated Woodland Environmental Protection Overlay District. The project is located at 1046 State Road, Penfield (T).

Orleans County - The Town of Kendall, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2006 - "A Local Law Amending the Kendall Zoning Ordinance to Include Regulation of Adult Businesses within the Town" will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of Local Law No. 1 of 2006 which amends the Town of Kendall Zoning Ordinance to establish regulations for the siting and operation of Adult Entertainment Uses. Such uses shall be allowed by permit in the General Business zoning district, subject to specific setback/dimensional requirements.
