Nassau County - The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Thomaston, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Application of 611 Northern, LLC for Incentive Use Permit and Site Plan Approval for Proposed Office Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the issuance of an Incentive Use Permit to allow the demolition of an existing restaurant and the construction of a 48,380-square-foot office building. The project will include 226 on-site parking spaces. The building will consist of a below-ground parking lot, street-level parking and a two-story office building. The project is located 611 Northern Boulevard, Incorporated Village of Thomaston.
