Project Description: Proposed partial relocation and rebuilding of the Chestertown – North Creek #2 34.5kV Sub-Transmission Line. Approximately four miles of the line will be re-located within an existing 115KV transmission line right-of-way and the old lines will be removed. The project is being reviewed by the Agency because it is a major public utility use, it involves wetland disturbance and there will be twelve new utility poles that will be greater than forty feet in height.

Project Description: The project is the subdivision of 11.5± acres into seven lots. The proposed subdivision involves wetlands and includes the construction of three single family dwellings. There is one pre-existing single family dwelling located on the project site. Each single family dwelling will be served by an on-site well and wastewater treatment system. The three remaining lots are non-building lots and will be shared common lots.
Saratoga County - The Wilton Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wilton Woods will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a 19-lot residential subdivision of 63 acres with provision for town-owned open space. Development will have private wells and septic systems. The project is located on Edie Road in the Town of Wilton.
