Applicant proposes to apply aquatic algaecide Captain (copper sulfate) to Robinson Pond (Freshwater Wetlands CO-3 and H-26) for the purpose of controlling algae growth.  The 116-acre pond will be treated up to ten times, on an as needed basis, between June 2006 and September 2006.

Project Description:
The Applicant proposes to control approximately 10 acres of water chestnut within  a 55 acre impoundment of Oneonta Marsh (FWW#ON-10) by the application of  aquatic herbicides AquaKleen and/or Navigate by a Licensed Pesticide Applicator. The project includes the clearing of a temporary access site and the use of temporary cofferdams to ensure the isolation of the treated waterbody from the Susquehanna River during the treatment period.
