control approximately 10 acres of water chestnut within a 55
acre impoundment of Oneonta Marsh (FWW#ON-10) by the application of aquatic
herbicides AquaKleen and/or Navigate by a Licensed Pesticide Applicator. The project
includes the clearing of a temporary access site and the use of temporary cofferdams to
ensure the isolation of the treated waterbody from the Susquehanna River during the
treatment period.
