The applicant proposes to reconstruct 94 feet of bulkhead within 24 inches of the existing bulkhead, construct one 2 foot return and one 8 foot return, dredge no further than 10 feet seaward of the bulkhead to a depth of -4 feet below mean low water and place 25 cubic yards dredge material and 50 cubic yards fill material behind bulkhead as backfill.  The applicant also proposes to reconstruct an existing boardwalk/deck in-place, replace 3 existing floats in-place and install a 4 pile boat lift.  Apparent high water is located at the bulkhead.  Reconstruction of the bulkhead within 2 feet will result in the loss of approximately 188 square feet of tidal wetlands known as littoral zone (SM/LZ).  The project is located at 2794 Rita Court, Bellmore, Town of Hempstead, Nassau County, NCTM# Section 63, Block 277, Lot 70.

The applicant proposes to make several improvements to most of the stream corridor of the Massapequa Creek.   The creek is a regulatyed freshwater wetland, identified as # A-2.  The work includes stream flow augmentation, storm water diversion, storm water treatment, erosion and sediment control, pond and stream channeling, channel dredging, creation of emergent marsh areas, and planting of wetlands vegetation.  The project is intended to improve and rehabilitate the stream's sustainable freshwater fish habitat.  The project site is located at the Massapequa County Preserve in Massapequa, Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County.    

The applicant proposes to construct one 20" x 10" diameter public supply well .  The well will be constructed at a depth of 665 feet with the capacity to pump 1300 gallons per minute.  The well will be located at the Mt. Sinai Coram Road South well field, Mt. Sinai, Town of Brookhaven.

The applicant proposes to construct a new 20" x 10" diameter well, rated at 1,000 gallons per minute, at a depth of 370 feet.  The site is located at South Howell Avenue well field, Centereach, Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling with deck, septic system and driveway within the adjacent area of a NYS regulated Freshwater Wetland (#MP-30). The house and septic system are proposed within feet 33 and 79 feet of the freshwater wetland, respectively.   The project is located at 25 Brisbane Road, Montauk, Town of East Hampton, SCTM# 0300-31-01-07.

The applicant proposes to demolish an existing single family dwelling, garage and shed, remove concrete slabs, and abandon an existing septic system and construct a new single family dwelling with deck, driveway and septic system.  The house is proposed within 35 feet of the tidal wetlands and the deck is proposed within 19 feet of the tidal wetlands. The septic system is proposed within 12 feet of the tidal wetlands at the site.  Variances from the 75 foot minimum setback for structures, and 100 foot setback for septic systems from the tidal wetlands have been requested.  The project is located at 47 Shinnecock Road, East Quogue, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, SCTM# 0900-384-3-65.  

The applicant proposes to subdivide 33.7 acres to create two residential lots of 3.65 acres and 3.49 acres, while leaving two agricultural lots totaling 26.9 acres to be preserved. The project is located at 189 Highland Terrace, approximately 1660' south of Sagaponack Road in Bridgehampton, Town of Southampton in Suffolk County  (SCTM District 0900, Section 106, Block 01, Lots 02.001, 03.003, 03.004, 01.0, 011.0, 012.001 and 012.002).
