Negative Declaration

Broome County - The Town Board of the Town of Chenango, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Chenango Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an updated Comprehensive Plan. This plan addresses land use, zoning, transportation, utilities and regular changes which will affect Town growth over the next several years.

Madison County - The Planning Board of the Town of Sullivan, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Butterfield Tract will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of residential subdivision along extension of Butterfield Drive off of Fyler Road in the vicinity of Fyler Settlement in the Town of Sullivan.

Positive Declaration

Onondaga County - The Planning Board of the Town of Onondaga, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zone Change and Subdivision, Peregrine Landing on Onondaga Hill may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. Final written comments will be accepted until June 10, 2006. The action involves a major sub-division with construction of roads and drainage facilities to support approximately 271 dwelling units, consisting of 86 single family homes, 94 patio homes, and 91 town house units, all on approximately 126 acres of land. The southwest portion of the lands will be used for retail structures of various sizes. Additionally, the northeast portion of the lands will be characterized with commercial structures approximating 46,000 square feet. To effectuate this the applicant has requested a zone change of 118 acres from Residential (R-1) to Planning Residential Community (PRC) and the change of 8 acres from Neighborhood Shopping (ultimately) PRC. The project is located in the town of Onondaga, NY, West Seneca Turnpike (South of Route 175) "Onondaga Hill".
