Joseph and Margaret Kelly have filed a tidal wetland permit application to elevate the existing structure from the current foundation and to construct a two-story addition.
A legislative hearing to receive unsworn comments about the proposed project will be held on June 27, 2006. A pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference will be held immediately following the legislative hearing. All petitions requesting full party status to participate in the adjudicatory hearing must be received no later than 3:30pm on June 21, 2006.
