fill in a 65' x 105' section of his property on an area that was
previously filled in the adjacent area of regulated freshwater wetland CC-11. No further
encroachment of the wetland will occur as a result of this proposed project. The purpose
of the fill is to bring the applicants land to the same elevation of the neighboring
properties. Area will be graded, seeded and maintained as lawn. Project is located at 727
Old Front Street, Town of Dickinson, Broome County.
