ENB Region 2 Completed Applications 05/24/2006

The applicant proposes to construct two new one-family detached houses including driveways, parking, sidewalk and street improvements within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland AR-12 (Arbutus Lake). An 22 foot wide deed restricted area of no disturbance is proposed to be established between the developed area and the freshwater wetland. A split rail fence is proposed to be installed along the area of no disturbance. The project site is located on Louise Street, Block 6552 - Lot 35.

The applicant proposes to construct a one-family house with a second story apartment including driveway, sidewalk and drywells. The project site is located partially within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland NA-7 (South Beach). The project site if located at the intersection of Pearsall Street and Agnes Place, Staten Island, Block 3412 - Lot 60.   

The applicant proposes to demolish and existing house and shed and construct two one-family attached houses including driveway, deck, drywells and sidewalk. Project site is located within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland NA-9 (Dongan Hills). The applicant proposes to establish a deed restricted vegetated buffer between the wetlands and the developed area. No improvements are proposed to Liberty Avenue which will remain un-opened and closed to traffic. Project site is located at Patterson Avenue and Liberty Avenue, Staten Island, Block 3475 - Lots 41 & 43.

The applicant proposes to construct a two one-family attached houses including driveway, parking and drywells within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland NA-9 (Dongan Hills). The applicant proposes to establish a vegetated four and ten foot wide deed restricted area of no disturbance between the houses and the wetlands. A split rail fence is proposed to separate the area of no disturbance from the houses.The project site is located at Oceanside Avenue, Staten Island, Block 3839 - Lot 28.

The applicant proposes to construct a one-family detached house including driveway and parking within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland AR-17 (Wolfe's Pond). A 5 foot wide vegetated buffer is proposed to be established along the rear and side yards of the property. The project site is located at 140 Prall Avenue, Staten Island, Block 6582 - Lot 12.

The applicant proposes to construct two one-family detached house including driveway, parking, drywells. Roadway improvements are also proposed within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland AR-37 (Scudder Amboy). The applicant proposes to establish a 15 foot wide vegetated buffer along the edge of the roadway improvements between the wetland and the developed area. The project site is located at 412 Ashland Avenue, between Ashland and Albourne Avenues, Staten Island, Block 6901 - Lot 3.
