The applicant proposes to
construct a new single family home and proposes to
permanently impact approximately 2,700 square feet of the regulated wetland adjacent
area with the new home. Temporary impacts during construction would affect up to
4,600 square feet. The well, septic and lawns would be upland of the adjacent area. Also,
two open pile wooden decks, 10 feet by 100 feet in total, are proposed for wetland
crossing for access to Francis Pond. The application and project plans are available for
review in the Syracuse office.
