Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a wildlife and family recreation pond, approximately 100' long x 80' wide, up to 10' deep, in regulated freshwater wetland RU-5, an 84 acre Class II wetland.  The wetland is prodominately a wooded wetland.  The project site is predominately shrub and wet meadow wetland.  The site is located east of the City of Watertown, approximately one half mile north of State Route 126 and 300' west of Weaver Road.
State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.
SEQR Lead Agency:
None Designated
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
Opportunity for Public Comment:

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to construct a 25 foot long wooden bridge across tributary SR-146-44-18, a tributary to Beaver Creek. The stream is a standards C(T) water course. The project is also in the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland C-37, a class 2, 99 acre wetland. There will be no impact to the wetland proper. The bridge will allow access to upland portions of the owners property for forest management.
