The applicant proposes to
construct a wildlife and family recreation pond, approximately
100' long x 80' wide, up to 10' deep, in regulated freshwater wetland RU-5, an 84 acre
Class II wetland. The wetland is prodominately a wooded wetland. The project site is
predominately shrub and wet meadow wetland. The site is located east of the City of
Watertown, approximately one half mile north of State Route 126 and 300' west of
Weaver Road.

construct a 25 foot long wooden bridge across tributary SR-146-44-18, a tributary to Beaver Creek. The
stream is a standards C(T) water course. The
project is also in the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland C-37, a class 2, 99 acre wetland.
There will be no impact to the wetland proper. The bridge will allow access to upland
portions of the owners property for forest management.
