Proposed expansion of the
existing Precision Valve and Automation facility, including a
portion of a new building addition in the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland N-6 (class
II). A proposed pavement for vehicular access around the building would impact 0.03
acre of wetland. The building addition will be 68 feet from the wetland, and occupy an
existing paved area. The facility is located on Solar Drive, off Parkford Drive (north of
Route 146), Town of Halfmoon.
