Applicant proposes to install a 1000 gallon per minute supplementary irrigation well for an existing golf course to recharge the 4 million gallon irrigation holding pond which will supply a 2000 gpm lake lift station.  The well will be 14" in diameter and be installed to a depth of 240 feet.  The property is located at 30 St. Andrews Lane, Glen Cove, City of Glen Cove.

Applicant proposes to install and operate a temporary dewatering system to facilitate the reconstruction of the Roslyn Viaduct, which carries NYS Route 25A (Northern Blvd.) over Hempstead Harbor in Roslyn. The dewatering system will consist of four to five, 500 gallon-per-minute deepwells which will be used to relieve an artesian condition and lower the groundwater elevation at the locations of four of the eight new concrete piers required to support the new viaduct. Estimated daily pumpages for the system range from 588,000 gallons per day (GPD) to 2 million GPD depending on the location. As petroleum contamination has been identified in the vicinity of the viaduct, the project also includes a contaminant sampling and analysis protocol for the pumped groundwater with a provision for the treatment of any contaminated water before discharge. The dewatering system will discharge through the viaduct's newly constructed stormwater drainage system to Hempstead Harbor.

The applicant proposes to realign and repair approximately 50 linear feet of bowed bulkhead; construct 50 linear feet of bulkhead 6" seaward of the existing realigned/repaired bulkhead and place 5 cubic yards of backfill; place an additional 25 cubic yards of backfill at the northeast end of the property where apparent high and low water have breached a section of non-functional bulkhead; replace 4 ft. wide capping boardwalk and sections of decking.  The property is located at 73 Bay View Walk, Cherry Grove, Fire Island, Town of Brookhaven, County of Suffolk on Great South Bay.

The applicant proposes to construct a 2-story dwelling, driveway and sanitary system in the adjacent area of  New York State regulated freshwater wetland # MP-30. The proposed location of the dwelling is at 85 feet from the wetland boundary, the driveway is proposed at 75 feet from the wetland boundary and the septic tank is proposed at 88 feet from the wetland boundary. Clearing and ground disturbance is proposed within 68 feet of that boundary. The proposed project is located at 6 Rehan Ave., Montauk, in the Town of East Hampton, SCTM # 300-30-3- lot 6.
