The applicant proposes to
mine sand and gravel from a 6.4 acre life-of-mine facility on a
10.9 acre parcel of land owned by Robert L. Weaver and reclaim the mined land to open
grassland and a small pond. The site is located on the west side of Rowe Road
approximately 1/2 mile south of Route 104. The application, Mining and Reclamation
Plans are available for review in the Syracuse office.
