The applicant is proposing to construct a 20' wide x 670' long stone revetment, on grade, immediately adjacent to a vegetated tidal wetland.  The project will include the placement of approximately 670 linear feet of 200 to 500 pound stone, as well as approximately 650 cubic yards of upland sand, with plantings.  The close proximity of the proposed work site to the vegetated tidal wetland may necessitate an intrusion onto the wetland.  The stated purpose of the proposed project is to protect the upland roads from flooding during extreme storm events.  The property is located on Montecito Drive (NCTM # 28-68 lots 1-26 & 38), Centre Island, in the Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County, NY.

The applicant proposes to construct a bridge over and across regulated freshwater wetland #MP-30, and construct a driveway and dwelling near the same freshwater wetland. Clearing and ground disturbance are proposed within 1 foot of the wetland boundary. The project is located at 55 Seaside Avenue, Montauk, Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County.    

The applicant proposes to subdivide two parcels totaling 189,594 square feet into two parcels having 83,429 square feet and 106,165 square feet respectively.  Lot A has an existing single family dwelling, garage, and swimming pool.  No construction is proposed on Lot B at this time.  The property is located at 300 Maple Street, Islip, Town of Islip, SCTM #500-423-2-3,4.
